Precision Manufactured. Real World Proven.
We engineer precision 3D additive manufactured components that solve real world problems. Every product is designed for real world conditions — built to last, tested to perform, and backed by engineering integrity.
From automotive fitments to aerospace components and marine hardware — we manufacture precision 3D additive components across a broad range of industries. Have your own files? We print those too.
Precision fitments engineered for all major vehicle platforms — Japanese, Korean, Chinese, European, American, and Australian.
UV-stable, salt-resistant components built for harsh marine environments.
Tough, reliable components engineered for life off the beaten track.
Precision engineered components for custom builds and OEM replacement across all major manufacturers.
Non-structural interior and support components for general aviation, helicopter, and drone applications.
From prototype to production — custom solutions for engineering and industrial applications. If it can be designed, we can make it.
Precision components for veterinary orthotics and laboratory engineering applications.
Have your own STL, STEP, or 3MF files? Send them to us. We handle material selection, print settings, and quality control.
A clear process so you know exactly what to expect at every stage of your order.
Printed in PLA or PETG for fast, affordable fit and function verification. Optional — your call.
One piece in full production material for your approval. Mandatory for orders of 10+ units or $300+. Cost credited against your production run.
Full quantity in production-grade material. Every piece quality checked before it leaves. Freight on buyer's account.
Repeat orders shipped as needed. Minimum order value $150 ex freight for wholesale accounts.
Every product starts with a real problem and ends with a solution that works in the real world. No shortcuts. No compromises on fit or function.
We use ASA as our primary material — UV stable, heat resistant, and built for outdoor and automotive applications where lesser materials fail.
We supply trade, wholesale, and B2B customers. If you need volume, consistency, and a supplier you can rely on — we're your people.
Designed, engineered, and manufactured in Australia. No offshore compromise. Real accountability. Real quality control.
We don't just print parts.
We solve real problems
for real businesses.
If you've got a fitment problem, a replacement part that's discontinued, or a product idea that needs manufacturing — talk to us. We'll tell you straight whether we can do it and what it'll cost. No bullshit.
Engineering-grade filaments selected for real world performance — not just print quality.
Why we choose the materials we do — and what it means for the parts we make for you.
The material a part is made from determines whether it lasts two weeks in the sun or ten years on the road. Most cheap 3D printed products use PLA — it yellows, becomes brittle, and fails outdoors. We don't make that mistake.
ASA was developed specifically to fix the UV weakness of standard engineering plastics. In Australian conditions — UV intensity, summer heat, coastal salt air — ASA doesn't yellow, doesn't become brittle, and doesn't fail.
When a part needs to handle temperatures above 85°C, carry structural load, or resist serious wear — we step up to engineering nylons. We never compromise on material selection to reduce cost.
| Material | UV Resistance | Max Heat | Outdoor Use | RW3D Use |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| PLA | None | ~55°C | No | Prototypes and fit checks only |
| PETG | Limited | ~80°C | Limited | Jigs, fixtures, indoor parts |
| ASA | Excellent | 95°C | Yes — designed for it | Default production material |
| PA12 Nylon | Good | 170°C | Yes | Structural & high-load applications |
| PAHT-CF | Good | 210°C | Yes | Engine bay & extreme applications |
